The Senate has received a letter from President Bola Tinubu requesting confirmation of an additional three ministerial nominees.
Senator President Godswill Akpabio read the letter at the resumption of plenary on Tuesday.
The nominees are Balarabe Abbas Lawal from Kaduna State, Dr Jamila Bio Ibrahim from Kwara State, and Mr Ayodele Olawande from Ondo State.
In August 2023, the Senate concluded the screening of 45 of the 48 ministerial nominees submitted by the President.
