Falgore, has urged Nigerians to reflect on and emulate the heroes of the past who sacrificed their lives to unite the nation, despite sociocultural and geographical differences.
The speaker, in a congratulatory message to Nigerians on the 63rd independence celebration, emphasized the need for collaboration for the common goal of the nation.
“we need devine interventions through concerted and continued Prayers to Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala for more meaningful developments.”
Alhaji Isma’il Jibril Falgore promised that, the house would continue to discharge and deliver it’s constitutional responsibilities of lawmaking, representation, and oversight functions for the betterment of the people of Kano State.
Kaduna seeks national unity
The Senator representing Southern Kaduna Senatorial District, Mr. Sunday Marshall Katung has appealed to Nigerians to unite regardless of tribe or religion toward tackling the numerous challenges facing the country.
The Senator while felicitating with Nigerians on the 63rd Independence Day celebration, said Nigeria’s challenges are not insurmountable, and with determination, good leadership, unity of purpose, and patriotism, the country will stand among nations that would inspire others to greatness.

Senator Katung points out that he is aware of the return of security challenges such as attacks and kidnapping in some communities within the Senatorial District and assured the people of his commitment to create a secure environment for all, in addition to programs and policies that have direct bearings with the people.
